Sala Restaurant

A 5-course menu by Sala Restaurant paired with a selection of wines from Champagne, the Loire Valley, Rhone Valley, Rioja, and Malaga. You will also get to taste a special Burgundy 1999 cuvée from Origine’s private cellar. A private ZOOM vineyard walkthrough will be held with two of our winemakers while tasting their wines.
