This non-vintage wine is a special blend of the best wines that are typical of Salento. The nose displays an intense and complex bouquet with fruity notes of prunes, red jam, spicy vanilla notes, and licorice. Delightfully intense on the palate, full-bodied and soft with a long enjoyable finish. Collectionne Cinquanta pairs well with savory starters, red meats, and game.
