Pale and pink with shades of onion, this rare and delicate sparkling wine from Puglia (Italy) has fine and persistent bubbles. The bouquet has intense aromas of pomegranate, orange blossoms, and pink grapefruit. The palate displays crisp minerality with a pleasant dry finish. The wine is made using the Charmat Method and natural fermentation from free-run juice “Saignée”. Its fresh and youthful taste makes Liboll Rosé Spumante Extra Dry from Cantine San Marzano an excellent pairing companion for aperitifs, appetizers, and all seafood entrées.
