Il Frappato is produced in Sicily, (Italy), by Arianna Occhipinti. It's a juicy Sicilian wine made from Frappato grapes from Vittoria. It ferments in concrete vats with a 25-day maceration on the skins. It's aged for 12 months in large oak barrels. This light and fragrant red wine impresses with its elegance of floral scents of iris and red roses, along with fruity notes of raspberry, currant, sour cherry, and sweet tobacco. On the palate, it's smooth and agile, making it ideal for pairing with flavorful pasta dishes and roasted or grilled white meats. Available for deliveries within Metro Manila.
