Tucades

This rich and complex wine retains all of the fitness of its terroir and it is only produced in exceptional years. In the local dialect, "Tucade" is a whim, an extravagance, and is more or less the story of this red wine from Languedoc (France) that is a blend of Mourvèdre and Syrah. The first vintage was made in 2001. The nose is filled with aromas of fresh red and black fruits and spices. The palate is fresh and filled with tight tannins and a delightfully long finish. Tucades from Château de la Liquière is perfect to pair with red meat, roast hare, a rich stew, or strong cheeses such as Lagioule, Salers, or a mature Cantal. Available for deliveries within Metro Manila.
