A “made in Languedoc-Roussillon (France)” red wine, it is unpretentious and frill-free with a perfume of wild Garrigue. Slightly rough tannins give the wine enough texture to be enjoyed with food. Ideal with lamb or veal prepared with wild herbs. Also great with stuffed or grilled vegetables and a slow-cooked dish like navarin lamb stew or a French cabbage hotpot.
