The nose is rich, expressing aromas of dark and red fruits, sweet purple and red flowers, and pepper, notes of beautiful dark earth, and damp forest floor. The palate has refined tannins along with a refreshing acidity which leads into a lingering finish. The wine needs to spend a bit of time in the glass to fully express itself. Cuvée Gaby by Domaine du Colombier pairs beautifully with a roast rack or leg of lamb and other savory meat dishes. Available for deliveries within Metro Manila.
