Les Bastions Rouge

This deep ruby red wine from Saint-Mont (Southwest France) is made from a blend of Tannat, Pinenc, Cabernet Sauvignon, and often a compliment of Cabernet Franc. On the nose, there are aromas of cassis and ripe red berries. The wine is well-balanced on the palate, with black fruits and light spices. Les Bastions Rouge by Cave Producteurs Plaimont is a good match for beef, lamb, pork, or game. Available for deliveries within Metro Manila.
