From a blend of Macabeo, Xarel-lo, and Parellada and made using the Méthode Traditionelle, this sparkling wine from Catalunya (Spain) has a pale yellow color and fine persistent bubbles. It is bright and fresh, with complex and intense aromas of lemon peel, toasted almonds, and mature white fruits and flowers. The palate is soft and has nuances of residual sweetness paired with an elegant long finish which makes it a pleasure for any sparkling wine drinker. Azimut Brut Nature by Celliers Can Suriolis recommended for toasts and celebrations. It goes especially well with oysters and a wide variety of seafood dishes.
